A written record of major equipment cleaning, maintenance (except routine maintenance such as lubrication and adjustments), and use shall be included in individual equipment logs that show the date, time, product, and lot number of each batch processed.

A log can be created using unique eInitial (electronic Initial) with sequential data entry that prevent users from making any errors. System blocks user to initiate new row until the previous log raw is fully completed and signed. An evidence can be attached to each row additionally the log can be linked to other documents such as investigations, change controls, deviations, etc.
